Priority to neighbours
We collect in a 40 km around the city of Namur, Wallonia, Belgium, Earth. It includes the following cities, among others : Louvain-La-Neuve, Hannut, Huy, Ciney, Dinant, Charleroi.
If you're out of this area but still want to be part of the circular flow, we'll charge you a small fee depending on your location.
Collect or Not Collect ?
Because not every packaging is suitable for reuse, we only collect secondary packaging (which has not been in direct contact with the content). And only packaging in very good condition (clean and no structural damage), and robust enough so that it can be stored, moved and reused several times.
It means that we do NOT collect : IBC, broken pallets, corrugated cardboard boxes, ...

Unusual Items
For very unusual or industry-specific items, we will update our e-shop and promote your item right away. But the collects will have to wait until we have a customer for it.
